Most monitoring, patching, and help-desk support is delivered remotely, which works the same for a Nassau County office as for one in Queens. On-site support is available by arrangement from our Queens Village office, which sits on the Nassau County border.

How much does managed IT cost?
Our Foundation Shield tier starts at $650 per month, Compliance Command at $1,500 per month, and Executive Assurance at $3,000 per month. Your written proposal sets the final flat monthly fee based on your headcount, systems, and risk profile.
Do you sign a Business Associate Agreement for healthcare clients?
Yes. We sign a Business Associate Agreement with every healthcare client before we access any system that may contain protected health information.
