What Outsourcing Your IT Includes

IT outsourcing means a managed service provider takes over the everyday running of your technology for a flat monthly fee, with a written scope and response-time commitments.

Managed IT and Help Desk

24/7 monitoring and patching, Microsoft 365 management, and a help desk with a critical-response commitment of under one hour.

Cybersecurity

Endpoint protection, email security, multi-factor authentication, and staff awareness training, built around the risks regulated firms face.

Compliance Support

Technical controls that support your HIPAA, SEC, FINRA, and NY SHIELD programs, plus vCISO advisory. Which rules apply depends on your profession and registration; we help you sort that out.

IT Leadership

An annual technology roadmap, budget planning, vendor guidance, and fractional CTO/CIO leadership when technology is a board-level concern.

IT Outsourcing in NYC: FAQ

What does IT outsourcing include?

You hand day-to-day IT to a managed service provider for a flat monthly fee. With P-Bon that means 24/7 monitoring and patching, a help desk with a critical-response commitment of under one hour, Microsoft 365 management, security tools and awareness training, backup and recovery, and, on the higher tiers, compliance support and IT leadership.

How much does outsourced IT cost in New York City?

Our Foundation Shield tier starts at $650 per month, Compliance Command at $1,500 per month, and Executive Assurance at $3,000 per month. Your written proposal sets the final flat monthly fee based on your headcount, systems, and risk profile. Software licenses, hardware, and project work are billed separately.

Do I have to sign a long contract?

No contracts are required to start. Scope, fees and terms are set out in your written proposal so you can read them before you decide.

How long does it take to switch to P-Bon?

Onboarding typically takes two to four weeks. We take over from your current provider or start fresh, document your environment, deploy monitoring, and harden your security baseline.

Do you work with businesses across all five boroughs?

Yes. Monitoring and help desk are delivered remotely, so location does not slow response. On-site support is available by arrangement from our Queens Village office.

Do you sign a Business Associate Agreement for healthcare clients?

Yes. We sign a Business Associate Agreement with every healthcare client before we access any system that may contain protected health information.
